Role overview

We are looking for seasoned, empathetic, and exceptionally organized Virtual Executive Assistants to support individuals with disabilities throughout the United States. In this position, you will act as a dependable partner who helps clients stay on top of communications, daily tasks, and important follow-ups while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, care, and discretion.

This role goes beyond routine admin work and is intended for self-driven professionals who can deliver reliable, high-quality support. It is not suitable for entry-level candidates.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee client email inboxes and manage calendars efficiently.
  • Arrange appointments and handle follow-up coordination.
