This part-time remote internship is focused on building AI-enabled automation systems and backend workflows for enterprise operations. The work involves turning business processes into reliable, multi-step automations using tools such as n8n, Claude, CrewAI, LangGraph, Softr, Airtable, and related integration technologies.

Leaderbolt is a boutique consulting firm that helps mid-market businesses reduce operational bottlenecks by designing AI-led operating systems. Its team works globally to create and deploy agentic workflows and autonomous backend solutions for companies with annual revenue in the $10 million to $50 million range.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and troubleshoot asynchronous, multi-step automation flows, webhooks, and data pipelines in n8n.
- Use Claude and Claude Code to craft prompts, generate structured JSON outputs, create API expressions, and write custom JavaScript node snippets.
- Connect and synchronize data between frontend tools and backend platforms such as Airtable.
- Build and support AI-driven automation systems using CrewAI, LangGraph, n8n, Softr, and Airtable.
- Create, test, and refine API integrations so data moves accurately and consistently across systems.
- Write and maintain JavaScript, JSON transformations, and workflow logic used in automation processes.
- Debug automation failures, improve reliability, and optimize overall workflow performance.
- Work with the team on scalable automation architecture and enterprise backend design.
Eligibility and schedule
Applicants must be available for a work-from-home role and able to work between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm Indian Standard Time, which aligns with the company’s 8:00 am to 9:00 am Central Standard Time window. Candidates must be able to start between 7 July 2026 and 11 August 2026 and commit to a 3-month internship. Applicants should have relevant skills and interest in the role. Requirements
- Practical experience creating custom nodes, workflows, and webhooks in n8n.
- Strong knowledge of the Claude ecosystem, including structured prompting and JSON parsing.
- Good understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, JavaScript, and JSON handling.
- Working familiarity with CrewAI, LangGraph, Softr, and Airtable.
- Strong analytical thinking, debugging ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to design, implement, and maintain scalable automation systems.
- Background in backend automation, data integration, or workflow orchestration is preferred.
- Ability to complete technical assessments on time and communicate clearly in a fast-moving environment.
Compensation and benefits
The internship offers a stipend of USD 99 to 100 per month. Additional benefits include a letter of recommendation and flexible working hours.
