About the Internship
This internship offers the opportunity to assist in AI-driven business transformation projects, supporting top leadership teams to drive growth, improve customer experience, and optimize operations across various sectors including financial services, insurance, retail, manufacturing, education, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research on companies, industries, and competitors utilizing both traditional methods and generative AI technologies.
- Analyze diverse business data including financial, customer, and operational information to pinpoint prospects for transformation.
- Assist in preparing client proposals, detailed business cases, and executive-level presentations.
- Develop benchmarking tables, meeting briefs, storyboards, and other consulting knowledge resources.
- Critically assess AI-produced outputs to ensure accuracy of data sources, assumptions, and calculations before application.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available to work remotely.
- Should be able to commence work between July 27, 2026, and August 31, 2026.
- Commitment to full 6-month internship duration is required.
- Possess relevant skills and interest in consulting and AI-led business transformation.
- Encouraged applications from women aiming to start or resume their careers as well as fresh graduates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completed MBA, master’s degree, or a strong undergraduate program with passion for consulting and AI-driven transformation.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, business writing abilities, curiosity, ownership mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Preference for candidates based in Gurgaon/NCR area to attend occasional in-person sessions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 50,000 to 85,000, comprising a fixed portion of INR 25,000 to 35,000 and an incentive component from INR 25,000 to 50,000.
- Certification upon completion.
- Letter of recommendation provided.
- Five-day work week schedule.
- Potential employment offer with starting annual salary between INR 600,000 to 900,000 upon successful transition to a permanent employee.
