Business Development Intern (Sales)

Role Overview

This internship position involves driving the growth and development of hotel partnerships, enhancing revenue streams through strategic collaborations, and optimizing market performance. The role requires strong negotiation skills, contract management, and collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment and success in partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage partner hotels to expand the partnership network.
• Boost revenue and market share by leveraging strategic partnerships and optimizing performance.
• Take the lead in contract negotiations to achieve beneficial agreements for all parties.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis, preparing detailed performance reports.
• Work in coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy execution is aligned.
• Maintain client relationships focused on satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.

Who Should Apply
