Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site customer service internship based in Chennai, with possible location coverage for Bangalore as well. The internship runs for 3 months and is intended for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions and requests over phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
- Support users with product, service, and account-related concerns in a polite and professional manner.
- Work through customer complaints by diagnosing the issue, offering suitable solutions, or escalating cases when needed.
- Keep detailed and accurate logs of customer conversations, feedback, and support tickets in CRM or other tracking tools.
Eligibility
