Role Overview

Join Absolute People Screen Private Limited as an HR intern and play a vital role in supporting employment screening programs across multiple locations including Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, and Najafgarh. This internship offers hands-on experience with employee background verifications performed in a digitized, paperless environment designed to enhance hiring decisions and candidate experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Carry out verification processes utilizing phone, email, fax, and postal methods, adhering to established quality and productivity standards on assigned cases.
• Gather and verify various information such as education credentials, work history, performance and reference checks, criminal records, drug screening results, and residential addresses.
• Evaluate verification data received, conducting thorough quality assessments in line with internal guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and prompt updates in the online systems for all verifications conducted.
• Focus on minimizing turnaround times to efficiently complete checks across all verification categories.
• Build and nurture constructive relationships with sources providing verification data.
• Compile screening reports and coordinate with the client relations team to ensure timely delivery of findings to clients.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting six months, commencing between July 17, 2026, and September 6, 2026.
• Candidates should reside in or near Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, or Najafgarh.
• Relevant skills and keen interest in human resources and employment verification processes are required.

Additional Information

• The internship duration is fixed at 6 months with immediate start availability.
• Stipend ranges between 11000 and 14000 INR per month.
• Ten openings are available for this role.
