About the Internship
Join Hyatt Regency Thrissur as a Human Resources intern and engage in vital HR activities within this premier international hospitality brand located in Kerala's cultural capital. The internship spans six months, offering hands-on experience in core human resource functions while working onsite at the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts by preparing and publishing job advertisements, screening candidate resumes, and arranging interview schedules.
- Assist with the onboarding process to help new hires integrate seamlessly into the organizational environment and culture.
- Manage and update employee records and HR databases with high accuracy, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting six months, starting between July 14, 2026, and August 18, 2026. Candidates should possess the relevant skills and a keen interest in human resource management.
Stipend and Benefits
The internship provides a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 and includes a certificate upon completion.
