About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to join a business consulting firm that connects business with technology, aiding global clients in digital transformation through cloud, analytics, and emerging technologies. As an HR & Admin associate, you will oversee various facets of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and administrative duties. The role requires strong system management and organizational skills to help maintain smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Manage attendance records, leave processes, and coordinate payroll activities.
- Maintain comprehensive employee documentation and regularly update HRMS systems.
- Support initiatives related to employee engagement, grievance resolution, and policy enforcement.
- Assist with recruitment coordination and routine HR operational tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be available for a remote work internship.
- Should be able to commence the internship between July 9, 2026, and August 13, 2026.
- Availability for the entire three-month internship duration is required.
- Should possess relevant skills and strong interest in human resources functions.

Stipend and Perks
A monthly stipend of INR 5,000 is provided during the internship tenure. Additionally, interns will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the program.
