About the Internship

Join Conscript HR Advisors as an Operations Intern, where you will contribute to ensuring smooth daily operations through close collaboration with management and team members. This internship is based in Pune and offers a chance to develop skills in client and vendor coordination, data management, and business process execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist management and team with daily operational activities
• Coordinate effectively with clients and vendors for follow-ups
• Manage and organize data efficiently
• Oversee routine office operations to maintain workflow
• Engage with clients to comprehend their needs and manage delivery timelines
• Maintain Management Information System (MIS) and generate reports
• Support business and process execution efforts
• Handle client management tasks to ensure satisfaction

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for a part-time internship starting between July 16, 2026, and August 20, 2026
• Commitment to the internship duration of 3 months
• Applicants should be residents of Pune
• Relevant skills and interests aligned with the role
