About the Internship
Join ConsultBae as a Talent Acquisition intern working remotely to support recruitment efforts across multiple domains. ConsultBae is dedicated to solving the challenge of finding ideal talent aligned with organizational culture and growth by combining technology with human insight to enhance candidate quality and speed up hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team in coordinating hiring for various vacancies.
- Screen incoming applications and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Make 100-120 outbound calls daily to engage candidates, verify availability, and introduce job openings.
- Manage interview scheduling by coordinating communication with candidates and providing necessary details.
- Maintain candidate engagement through follow-ups to reduce dropout rates during the recruitment process.
- Update recruitment tracking tools and candidate databases regularly with accurate data.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to provide recruitment progress updates and help meet hiring goals on time.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience by promptly addressing queries and ensuring professional communication.
