Job Overview
H2D Resource Solutions invites applications for the position of Academic Counsellor, specifically seeking female candidates based in South Bopal, Ahmedabad. There are two openings with working hours split into two shifts: 8 am to 5 pm and 11 am to 8 pm.
Primary Duties
- Provide guidance to students regarding appropriate course selections.
- Handle inquiries through walk-in visits, telephone calls, and online channels.
- Engage in follow-ups with potential students to convert leads into admissions.
- Communicate detailed information about courses, fees, and career prospects.
- Maintain records in CRM systems and assist with student onboarding processes.
- Meet monthly admission targets consistently.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and effective counseling skills.
- Ability to persuade and build rapport with prospective students.
- Positive attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
- Familiarity with basic MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Graduation in any field is required; MBA qualification is preferred.
