Job Overview
As an Administrator II (Program) at Sanmina-SCI Technology India Private Limited in Singapore, you will be responsible for close coordination with customers regarding product introduction and demand management, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery. This role involves handling various program management duties including document control, pricing coordination, and customer engagement.
Key Duties
- Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI), small batch or build-to-order projects based on client requirements.
- Interpret product data packages released by the client and collaborate with the Customer Focus Team to establish Device Master Records (DMR) within Agile/Oracle systems.
- Analyze customer demand fluctuations prior to loading data into the MRP system; work collaboratively with Supply Chain Project teams and Production to meet delivery expectations.
- Manage engineering changes by liaising with Customer Focus Team and Product Data Management upon receipt of Engineering Change Orders from customers.
- Handle pricing activities including quarterly product prices, Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) costs, rework fees, and any applicable special charges for customer submission.
- Support plant KPIs such as on-time delivery, account receivables follow-up for overdue invoices, and timely Excess and Obsolete (E&O) material clearance with clients.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentation packages for Quarterly Business Reviews and customer visits; host customers during plant tours.
- Oversee production output monitoring and coordinate the delivery arrangements to customers.
- Maintain organized and thorough documentation practices.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Program Manager.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in any field or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing sector or related fields, preferably with customer or account management exposure.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (including pivot tables and vlookup) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Drive, and Slides.
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach.
