Agentic Solutions Architect

Role Overview

The Agentic Solutions Architect will spearhead the design and delivery of comprehensive intelligent automation solutions leveraging AI agents, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and orchestration frameworks. This position emphasizes the creation of scalable multi-agent systems, enterprise integration, and promoting the implementation of Agentic Automation across various business units to elevate efficiency, decision-making, and operational intelligence.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and develop holistic agentic automation architectures that integrate AI agents, RPA bots, enterprise APIs, platforms, and orchestration technologies.
• Lead the construction of scalable multi-agent orchestration frameworks supporting intricate business workflows and intelligent automation processes.
• Architect automation solutions powered by AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), decision engines, and machine learning components to optimize business functions.
• Create intelligent workflows and automation strategies aimed at minimizing manual tasks, streamlining operations, and enhancing service delivery.
• Design system integrations encompassing SAP, APIs, databases, cloud services, and third-party applications to enable cohesive automation ecosystems.
• Define standards, architectural blueprints, development best practices, and frameworks pertinent to agentic automation and intelligent technologies.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams working with UiPath, AI Center, Maestro, and orchestration platforms.
• Perform regular design and code reviews, architecture validations, and quality checks to ensure solution robustness and scalability.
• Ensure all developed AI and automation solutions comply with organizational governance, cybersecurity protocols, and data privacy mandates.
• Identify and manage risks including scalability and security vulnerabilities, implementing appropriate mitigation measures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in solution architecture, intelligent automation, software engineering, or enterprise technology implementations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with RPA platforms, particularly UiPath, along with enterprise automation frameworks and workflow orchestration tools.
• Demonstrated history of designing scalable enterprise architectures involving AI integrations, APIs, and comprehensive automation ecosystems.
• Familiarity and exposure to AI/ML technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-driven enterprise solutions are highly desirable.
• Proven leadership in guiding technical teams and managing solution delivery or enterprise transformation initiatives.

Essential Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth expertise in Agentic AI and multi-agent systems, including autonomous agents and orchestration frameworks.
• Advanced skills in RPA and intelligent automation, with proficiency using UiPath, workflow design, and process orchestration.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration techniques involving APIs, RESTful services, SAP, middleware, and database connectivity.
• Knowledge of AI and LLM technologies, including machine learning frameworks, prompt engineering, and intelligent decision-making systems.
• Excellent analytical capabilities, technical leadership qualities, communication, and stakeholder management skills to foster innovation and collaboration.
