Agile / Project Manager

About the Role

SendSasa is looking for a seasoned Agile / Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from conception to completion. The role entails managing timelines, resources, budgets, and communications with stakeholders, all while advocating Agile principles to guarantee project success and ongoing enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide projects through all phases from start to finish.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Establish the project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones efficiently.
• Track project progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee budget management, scheduling, and allocation of resources.
• Regularly communicate project status and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Promote Agile transformation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure all projects align with overarching business goals and organizational priorities.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and governance records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, Agile delivery, Scrum Master position, or similar.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and other project management frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and handle several projects at once.
• Skilled in project management software such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent leadership qualities, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in managing technology, software development, digital transformation, or business process related projects.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or equivalents.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic resource planning.
• Familiarity with risk and change management methodologies.
• Knowledge of business analysis and process enhancement techniques.
