Job Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of building entrances, elevators, offices, hallways, stairwells, laundry and garbage rooms, amenity areas, and other communal spaces.
- Perform cleaning of vacant units and conduct touch-ups within suites.
- Collect interior and exterior garbage.
- Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting when needed.
- Manage inventory accurately and ensure all cleaning equipment functions properly.
- Support other locations with tasks as required.
Experience and Education
- Minimum of two years of cleaning experience is required.
Technical and Non-Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Basic technology skills are advantageous.
- Capable of physical tasks including walking, standing, climbing stairs, and lifting for up to eight hours daily.
- Ability to handle weights up to 90 kg using proper equipment.
- Strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm towards work.
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
