Role Overview and Responsibilities
As an API Tester at Infosys based in Hyderabad, your core responsibility will be to contribute to the design, development, validation, and support efforts to ensure client satisfaction with technological services. This role entails gathering detailed client requirements and converting them into precise system specifications. You will assist in work estimation activities, providing vital information to Technology Leads and Project Managers for accurate project planning.
Your contributions will help build efficient programs and systems that facilitate clients’ progress in their digital transformation journeys.
Additional Duties
- Apply design principles and architectural fundamentals.
- Understand performance engineering concepts.
- Familiarize with quality assurance processes and estimation methodologies.
- Gain basic knowledge of project domains.
- Translate functional and nonfunctional requirements into system-level requirements.
- Design and develop complex programs.
- Create comprehensive test cases and scenarios based on specifications.
- Understand software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Utilize logical reasoning and problem-solving skills while collaborating effectively within teams.
Technical and Professional Skills
- Primary exposure to Oracle eBS focusing on Core HR - Global Human Resources.
- Experience with SAP CRM Field Sales modules.
- Hands-on expertise in API testing using tools such as Postman and Rest Assured.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates should have completed degrees such as MCA, MSc, MTech, Bachelor of Engineering, BCA, or BSc.
Eligibility
