Role Overview
The Architectural Coordinator will support the Project Manager and Site Manager by managing resources and materials, addressing site-related concerns, and ensuring smooth project execution at construction sites.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and allocating resources and materials for construction projects.
- Coordinate, organize, and prepare all necessary construction documents and drawings.
- Work closely with subcontractors to uphold the architectural quality standards throughout the building process.
- Prepare and submit shop drawings and materials to consultants for approval.
- Organize and attend Recurrent Type of Occupation (RTO) inspections, conduct site meetings, supervise architectural works, and maintain communication with consultants.
- Ensure strict adherence to architectural specifications and maintain high quality standards.
- Manage scheduling, material requisition, cost controls, project supervision, and related documentation for architectural tasks.
- Collaborate with the QA/QC team to establish and maintain a comprehensive quality control plan focused on architectural elements.
Candidate Requirements
- At least three years of experience working on HDB (BTO) projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Familiarity with Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) methods.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Codes and regulations.
- Experience with local quality standards such as BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark Assessment schemes.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching capability, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
