Role Overview

We are searching for a dedicated Assistant Head Butler to become a vital part of our Guest Experience team. This role supports the Head Butler by managing the daily functions of the Butler team, ensuring every villa guest receives bespoke and flawless luxury service consistent with Forbes Five-Star expectations. The position requires expert coordination across departments and leadership in delivering exceptional hospitality.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Butler in overseeing and coordinating the Butler team’s daily work.
  • Guarantee every villa guest experiences highly tailored, exceptional service throughout their stay.
  • Maintain and uphold impeccable luxury service standards in all butler duties.
  • Manage guest preferences and personalized requests with precision and care.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Front Office, Housekeeping, Culinary, Spa, Concierge, and Engineering departments.
  • Ensure flawless guest arrival, in-villa experience, and departure procedures.
  • Oversee villa readiness, including turndown services and in-room amenities, to ensure pristine presentation.
  • Address guest concerns discreetly and professionally, executing effective service recovery where needed.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to the Butler team, fostering skill development aligned with Forbes Five-Star standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven supervisory experience as a Senior Butler or equivalent role in Forbes Five-Star or ultra-luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of luxury hospitality and personalized guest service.
  • Experience within Rooms Division, Butler Service, Front Office, or Guest Experience departments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Capacity to anticipate guest needs and deliver intuitive service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and guest management software is beneficial.
  • Fluent English required, additional languages advantageous.
