About the Role
The Programme Operations and Client Services team is essential in managing the daily functions of postgraduate and executive education programmes, catering to local, international, and corporate students. This role demands a professional committed to delivering exceptional customer service and managing operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will support executive education programmes by handling all learner administration and continuously enhancing service and process quality, ensuring every interaction prioritizes learners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a client liaison, providing prompt, professional, and solution-focused assistance to learners and corporate clients throughout their learning journey, from enquiry to post-training follow-up.
- Manage relationships with assigned corporate accounts, foster strong connections, and guide clients through enrolment and payment processes.
- Oversee all administrative aspects of programme and course delivery, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and quality benchmarks, including scheduling, communication, attendance tracking, evaluation coordination, and certification issuance.
- Offer dependable support to teaching staff by ensuring accurate communication and coordination concerning learner data and course arrangements, facilitating a smooth learning environment.
- Participate in initiatives to improve operational procedures, refining processes to boost efficiency and align with leading industry practices.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare detailed reports for both internal and external audiences to aid decision-making and track programme outcomes.
- Support meetings, accreditation processes, and report compilation with secretarial and administrative assistance.
- Deliver customer support services effectively.
- Lead or assist with special projects that enhance programme operations and overall learner experience.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years' experience in programme operations and customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills with aptitude in planning, prioritizing, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while attending promptly to priority client needs.
- Strong administrative capabilities, self-motivated, resourceful, and a collaborative team member.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
