Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing construction projects.
• Independently manage smaller projects from early stages through completion.
• Coordinate activities among subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support budget management, scheduling, and documentation maintenance.
• Track project progress and proactively address potential issues to avoid delays.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project collaborators.
• Contribute to contract administration, procurement processes, and managing project changes.
• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure projects adhere to schedule and budget constraints.
• Strive to provide an outstanding client experience on every project.

Requirements

• Two to five years of relevant experience in commercial construction, including roles such as Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building aptitude.
• A proactive mindset with a readiness to take responsibility.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various project locations.
• Experience with retail, commercial, or multi-site construction projects is beneficial but not mandatory.
