Role Overview

BW Offshore is hiring an AVEVA EIT Coordinator to oversee EIT modules in AVEVA Unified Engineering and support the accuracy, coordination, and readiness of engineering data across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and verify AVEVA-related EIT data so it aligns with company and project needs.
• Build and roll out automated processes in AVEVA UE to improve data quality and reduce manual input mistakes across disciplines.
• Handle electrical, instrumentation, and telecom tags, registers, and attributes.
• Validate that engineering data, drawings, and model content remain aligned and consistent.
• Carry out data imports, mass updates, and correction of errors within AVEVA platforms.
• Work with contractors to close gaps and resolve incomplete, missing, or conflicting EIT information.
• Support tracking of EIT deliverables, including documents, models, and schedules.
• Help prepare handover packs by making sure EIT records are complete, accurate, and traceable.
• Maintain naming conventions, coding standards, and data-quality controls.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering from a recognized university.
• Between 5 and 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong working knowledge of AVEVA and comparable smart engineering tools.
• Practical experience with AVEVA Unified Engineering EIT is required.
• Background in design and engineering for oil & gas and FPSO projects will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Good analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with multi-discipline teams and external parties.
• Capable of producing clear documentation and supporting training activities.
