Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily routines and productivity by organizing prospecting, lead qualification, and follow-ups in Hubspot while keeping CRM data current and maintaining discipline for remote work.
• Conduct active outbound prospecting primarily through cold calls complemented with emails and WhatsApp communications.
• Build personalized and consultative relationships with prospects to create human connections, facilitating dialogues and overcoming barriers.
• Handle common objections like existing suppliers or long contracts using solid arguments highlighting Flash's unique advantages and solution value.
• Prioritize high-potential leads by focusing on impactful contacts early in the day to maximize cold outreach effectiveness.

Technical Expectations

• Proven experience in active outbound prospecting with a focus on acquiring new leads from scratch and opening new markets.
• Comfort with high daily activity volume, primarily using phone calls for communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of independently planning and structuring work.
• Minimum education level of completed high school.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Hubspot, for managing leads, tasks, and cadences.
• Experience working in HR tech firms, benefits solutions, or SaaS companies.
