This position is a permanent full-time role operating Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with market-aligned pay, bonuses, and annual salary reviews. Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent customer service across trade counter, email, and phone communication channels.
• Support warehouse and workshop operations including assisting with manufacturing hose assemblies during peak times.
• Manage accurate input of sales transactions, purchase orders, transfer requests, and picking slips in the computer system in a timely fashion.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, including preparing courier and transport documentation.
• Monitor stock levels, inform purchasing of replenishment needs, and participate in periodic stocktaking activities.
• Handle credits for pricing discrepancies and returns at point of sale, investigating causes to prevent future issues.
• Perform physical manual handling tasks associated with receiving, storing, and dispatching goods following established procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service along with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in industrial hose, hydraulics, or a related industrial sector is desirable.
• A minimum of six months to one year experience in customer service, warehousing, or a similar field.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy and bulky items for stock handling, picking, and packing.
• Proactive team player with a strong work ethic and a positive mindset.
• Competency with computer applications such as Outlook and Excel.
• A valid current driver’s license is necessary.
