  • Required to obtain and maintain within six months of employment a valid State of Georgia contractor’s or master trades license relevant to the assignment (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) or International Code Council (ICC) Residential and Commercial Building Inspection certification in the relevant trade.
  • Possession and maintenance of a valid Georgia driver’s license is mandatory.
