Role Overview
The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping the property in good working order, with a focus on shared spaces and guest-facing areas. This includes routine upkeep and preventive maintenance across the common areas, meeting rooms, restaurant, bar, sauna, fitness center, pool zone, and hotel guest rooms.
Key Duties
The role also involves supporting repair and maintenance work on hotel systems and equipment. The technician will help service both mechanical and electrical equipment, including pumps and motors, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Compensation
This position pays between $16 and $18 per hour.
