• Collaborate effectively with mentors and peers to fulfill allocated tasks and projects.
• Gain first-hand experience with business workflows, technology tools, recruitment, analytics, or software development according to chosen career paths.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives and address actual business needs.
• Prepare necessary project documentation, reports, and presentations when required.
• Take part in internship-related activities, evaluations, and feedback processes.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Recent graduates from 2024, 2025, or 2026 batches.
• Educational backgrounds including BBA, BBM, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, BE/B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc (CS/IT), or any degree student in their final year.
• Strong motivation to learn and establish a rewarding corporate career.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive mindset paired with capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
