Business Analyst – Technology Digital & Data (TDDI)

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
• Convert business needs into well-defined functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create essential documentation including business requirements documents, user stories, and process maps.
• Maintain traceability and prioritization of requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Establish strong relationships across both business and technical teams to facilitate collaboration.
• Conduct workshops and working sessions to validate and consolidate requirements.
• Drive stakeholder consensus and support informed decision-making processes.
• Review and analyze existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and defining future-state processes consistent with business and technology strategies.
• Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to aid project execution and solution design.
• Assist in testing activities by defining acceptance criteria and verifying that delivered solutions meet specified requirements.
• Maintain clear, structured documentation compliant with Sodexo standards.
• Support governance by managing portfolio artefacts accurately and ensuring consistency across business analysis methodologies and tools.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within technology or digital contexts.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation and process modeling.
• Familiarity with structured project or portfolio delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient at transforming complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience in supporting comprehensive project delivery.
• Exposure to tools like Triskell or similar portfolio management platforms is beneficial.
• A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Professional Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are considered advantages.
