Role Overview

The role entails contributing to the creation of state-of-the-art teller applications designed for the banking industry. These applications are essential, heavily used tools that require crafting engaging user experiences, integrating backend core systems and supplementary applications, and delivering a smooth, modern interface.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex business and data gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders from business and technology domains independently.
• Document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical needs with accuracy.
• Collaborate across teams to develop solutions for intricate enterprise integration projects.
• Partner with development, architecture, and QA teams to assist in implementing API and integration solutions.
• Create and manage Agile components including Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Use tools such as Postman, SQL, and API testing software to verify requirements and facilitate delivery.
• Analyze and document RESTful API integrations, data mappings, and workflow processes comprehensively.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities such as planning, executing, defect tracking, and securing stakeholder sign-offs.
• Align delivered solutions with business users’ operational and strategic goals.
• Incorporate AI-enabled tools, when suitable, to enhance efficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven ability to independently lead complex data gathering and collaborative design meetings.
• Demonstrated experience with RESTful services, APIs, Postman, SQL, and UI-based applications.
• Background delivering integration projects involving complex enterprise applications.
• Skilled in authoring Epics, Features, User Stories; familiarity with AI tools preferred.
• Experience in UAT processes and prior exposure to teller applications is essential.
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in technology roles.
• At least 3 years of relevant financial industry experience, particularly with teller applications.
• Preferred: knowledge of branch banking operations, Agile methodologies, and project lifecycle management best practices.
