About the Role
Head Field Solutions Private Limited is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to contribute significantly to the expansion of the organization by focusing on acquiring customers and managing sales efficiently. This position suits proactive, results-oriented professionals who thrive on building robust client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic market research and networking to identify and engage potential clients.
- Design and execute innovative sales approaches to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
- Establish and nurture enduring client relationships to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work alongside the marketing team to develop engaging promotional content and campaigns.
- Monitor market patterns and competitors' actions to discover fresh business prospects.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals to key decision-makers for new business acquisition.
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics to assess the success of sales initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range offered is ₹600,000 to ₹900,000 annually. Additional perks include an informal dress code and a cab/transportation facility.
