Company Overview
We seek an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Fire Service & Maintenance sector. This role focuses on generating steady revenue through sales, renewals, and expansion of Service & Maintenance contracts, incorporating additional complementary offerings from our wider group.
Role Summary
This position suits a dynamic sales professional passionate about nurturing client relations, uncovering new business avenues, and facilitating commercial advancement within a client-centric framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers by selling Service & Maintenance contracts.
- Gain thorough knowledge of pertinent Irish legislation, safety compliance, and industry standards to assist clients effectively.
- Oversee contract renewals and identify opportunities to upsell related services and solutions.
- Establish and sustain durable relationships with current and potential customers.
- Actively pinpoint and promote cross-selling prospects.
- Keep an accurate sales pipeline by recording all customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Compile and forward weekly reports detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with operations and service teams to provide a smooth customer experience.
- Analyze market developments and competitors to find avenues for business expansion.
- Represent the organization professionally, consistently reflecting company values.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a valid full driving license is mandatory.
- Company car will be supplied for the role.
Compensation Details
- Competitive base salary of approximately €40,000.
- On-target earnings (OTE) around €70,000 inclusive of commissions.
- Additional perks include company car and fuel card.
