Role Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a vital role in generating new interest in Jitterbit's products by engaging prospective clients with insightful guidance and effective solutions tailored to complex business challenges. The ideal candidate flourishes in a dynamic, rapidly expanding environment and is dedicated to broadening Jitterbit’s customer base by consulting potential customers about its advanced hyper-automation offerings. This role demands excellent organizational skills, agility, confidence, clear communication, and empathy towards prospects' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly learn Jitterbit’s processes and familiarize with essential tools such as CRM and sales engagement platforms within the first month.
- Master and clearly articulate Jitterbit’s product offerings and how they support customers in streamlining their business processes to achieve quicker and safer outcomes.
- Develop and implement personalized outreach sequences and scripts in collaboration with sales management tailored to each prospect or target account.
- Attain monthly targets for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and contribute to pipeline growth while working closely with sales and marketing teams.
- Conduct proactive outbound calls and customized emails aimed at generating new SQLs every week to drive revenue opportunities.
- Maintain clear documentation of interactions, prospect feedback, and market insights to share with the team, identifying effective strategies and areas for improvement.
- Execute Jitterbit’s Go-To-Market strategy by recognizing key technologies and competitors, effectively positioning the company’s solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completion.
- Between 1 to 2 years of experience in BDR roles focused on SaaS with proven cold-calling proficiency.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for cloud-based technologies, SaaS, and related products.
- A competitive nature paired with a mindset geared towards rapid growth and continuous improvement.
