Role Summary
This position is focused on new client acquisition and revenue growth within the international freight forwarding sector, with particular emphasis on air and ocean freight. The role calls for someone who can spot commercial opportunities, create tailored logistics solutions, develop strong client partnerships, and negotiate business agreements. A solid grasp of international logistics, sales planning, and the freight forwarding market is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Research prospective customers, understand their business needs, and shape service proposals that fit the company’s offerings.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers and other key contacts within client organisations.
- Plan and implement sales approaches that support revenue goals and help grow market presence.
- Present solutions clearly, negotiate commercial terms, and secure signed agreements.
- Monitor market movements, competitor activity, and customer demand to uncover new opportunities and stay competitive.
- Partner with operations, customer support, and other internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and a positive client experience.
