Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

We seek a Business Intelligence Analyst to aid Sales and Supply Chain functions throughout the APAC region. This position is tasked with delivering impactful business insights via reporting, analytics, and pricing examinations while promoting ongoing enhancements using AI and automation techniques. Collaborating closely with regional stakeholders, you will convert business data into actionable insights to drive commercial success and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and refine Power BI dashboards and management reports.
• Investigate sales, pricing, and supply chain metrics to detect trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Track business KPIs and supply practical insights to underpin strategic decision-making.
• Maintain the precision of reporting and continually optimize reporting workflows across APAC markets.
• Assist pricing analysis by assessing business outcomes and uncovering revenue enhancement possibilities.
• Evaluate product and sales results to suggest actions aligned with commercial goals.
• Spot chances to enhance reporting and business operations via AI and automation.
• Utilize Generative AI tools to boost productivity, reporting quality, and analytical capabilities.
• Support automation projects and engage in continuous process improvement efforts.
• Partner with regional stakeholders throughout APAC to gather reporting needs and comprehend business demands.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide timely, accurate, and insightful business data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least one year of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or a similar analytical position.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Familiarity with SQL is mandatory.
• Knowledge of VBA and Microsoft Access is a plus.
• Exposure to AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or comparable tools, along with experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking with exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Capable of working autonomously while managing diverse stakeholders within a regional context.
