Overview
We are seeking a Business Manager to drive the growth and sales of industrial products primarily across the South region. This role involves overseeing sales efforts in diverse sectors such as hotels, manufacturing, IT companies, bars and pubs, hospitals, clubs, commercial kitchens, educational institutions, and other large-scale clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of industrial products in potential institutions including 5-star hotels, ice sellers, commercial kitchens, clubs, hospitals, and other relevant sectors.
- Lead the expansion and exponential growth of the industrial equipment business in the South region.
- Manage and supervise the industrial sales team within the designated territory.
- Enhance demand generation activities for industrial product lines.
- Build and maintain relationships with fabricators, consultants, commercial interiors, hotel chains, educational institutions, decorators, architects, builders, and PMC entities.
- Be responsible for the overall sales, costs, and operational performance of the assigned sales territory.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.
- Implement and maintain commercial discipline across the sales operations.
- Conduct business forecasting and manage stock levels to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Engage large consultants and dealers to secure partnerships for Ice Boy products across the South region.
- Identify, appoint, and manage national accounts for Ice Boy ice cube machines.
- Analyze manpower requirements across the region and recruit suitable personnel accordingly.
- Ensure Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) agreements are secured with major national customers.
- Train all staff on product knowledge and facilitate regular training sessions to keep the team updated.
- Explore and develop new business verticals within the region.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge or experience in commercial ice cube machines and industrial products is preferred.
- Practical expertise in handling commercial refrigeration and industrial equipment is advantageous.
