About the Role
We are seeking a Business Operations & Analytics Specialist for a contract position offering $50 to $60 per hour. This remote opportunity entails working 10 to 40 hours weekly, focusing on analyzing operational metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret operational data and performance indicators to detect trends and inefficiencies within business processes.
- Develop and enhance dashboards along with KPI reports to facilitate data-informed decisions.
- Document process flows and analyze workflows for actionable business insights.
- Create visual materials that effectively convey complex data and strategic recommendations.
- Design rubrics and frameworks to assess operational results comprehensively.
- Communicate succinct, data-driven recommendations to various stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, business analysis, or strategy-focused roles.
- Advanced skills in business intelligence tools and KPI reporting systems.
