About the Role

This position spans across the domains of production, quality, and recipe development, playing a crucial role in managing the Café Business and Franchise channels. The ideal candidate will blend expertise in ensuring product excellence with overseeing café operations to uphold high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain product excellence by ensuring quality assurance and adherence to food safety standards.
• Ensure consistency in all product outputs and plan production schedules effectively.
• Manage day-to-day café operations including regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Develop new products and recipes, standardize offerings, and manage costing analyses.
• Monitor shelf life and conduct regular product tastings for quality control.
• Enhance production efficiency continuously and incorporate customer feedback to improve products.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Food Technology.
• Diploma in a relevant professional field is required.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably within the café, restaurant, or hotel sectors.
• Strong computer proficiency and excellent English communication skills are essential.
• Candidates should be based in Gurgaon or South Delhi.
• Age between 27 and 35 years preferred.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000.
