Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming phone inquiries from customers.
- Confirming appointments and verifying eligibility for PRSI/Medical card funded appointments.
- Managing customer questions regarding contact lenses, processing contact lens orders and payments, and setting up contact lens direct debits.
- Submitting HSE Medical card claims and performing reconciliation of Medical card and HSE payments.
- Coordinating public relations work.
