Role Overview
University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) invites applications for a six-month secondment opportunity within its Capital Projects Team. This role plays a pivotal part in overseeing one of the largest, multi-million-pound NHS capital investment programmes, focusing on construction, refurbishment, and infrastructure upgrades across the Trust's varied estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide programme management leadership to the Trust's construction operations and infrastructure initiatives across multiple Trust properties including the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine, and various Queen Square locations.
- Manage a portfolio of capital schemes from initial conception through post-project evaluation, in alignment with guidance from the Head of Capital Projects.
- Oversee appointment and management of external consultants and contractors involved in these infrastructure-focused projects.
