Role Overview

The Care Assistant will visit vulnerable adults within the Wrexham community, providing support to help them retain independence and dignity. Daily tasks vary but typically include assisting with morning routines such as washing and dressing, preparing meals, medication reminders, and offering companionship and friendly conversation.
