About the Role
We are urgently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals to join our One Plus+ international chat support project. This role focuses on managing customer interactions through chat, providing technical assistance, e-commerce customer support, and ensuring a high-quality service experience. Candidates should be adept at written communication, problem-solving, and multitasking, particularly within the realm of mobile technology and consumer electronics.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries via chat.
- Support customers with service inquiries, technical issues, and e-commerce concerns.
- Efficiently manage up to three conversations simultaneously while upholding service quality standards.
- Identify customer needs and apply solutions aligned with established guidelines.
- Escalate complicated or unresolved cases to the appropriate departments.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly.
- Maintain standards related to quality, attendance, productivity, and compliance.
- Stay informed on product updates, technical specifications, and company policies.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance goals individually and within the team.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in chat support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Typing speed should be at least 35 words per minute.
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving aptitude.
- Technical proficiency with smartphones, consumer electronics, and digital products.
- Ability to operate multiple software applications and web tools efficiently.
- Comfortable in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
- Six working days per week.
- Shifts available: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Rotational shifts apply for male employees based on business needs.
