Chemical Engineer

Role Overview

We seek an innovative and collaborative chemical engineer with substantial technical expertise and industry experience to optimize processes effectively. This role involves both office-based and on-site responsibilities to enhance plant operations, equipment, and procedures.

Key Duties

• Apply scientific, mathematical, and engineering principles to solve challenges and improve manufacturing processes.
• Design, propose, implement, review, and adjust plans to meet organizational objectives.
• Monitor production operations, perform research, and identify improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Utilize computer tools to compile and analyze relevant data.
• Develop and uphold safety protocols and waste management systems.
• Visit project sites to understand requirements, implement solutions, troubleshoot, and optimize processes and facilities.
• Support budget preparation and timeline management.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering is mandatory.
• Additional experience or higher education may be highly valued.
• Industry-specific knowledge might be essential depending on the position.
• Preference or requirement for certifications or licenses in some roles.
• Strong grounding in chemistry, mathematics, biology, and core engineering concepts.
