Chief Operating Officer

About the Role

This is a pivotal leadership position within a dynamic and rapidly expanding quantitative trading and alternative investment firm based in Central London. The role offers a direct reporting line to the CEO and the opportunity to transition from senior operational management to executive leadership as Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the trading operations and risk management processes essential to business performance.
• Oversee capital management and ensure effective cross-departmental delivery of functions supporting organisational growth.
• Contribute strategically to the scaling and development of the company's operational framework and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior operational roles such as Senior Operations Manager, Head of Operations, or Trading Operations Manager. Backgrounds in proprietary trading, hedge funds, quantitative trading, professional sports betting, or other data-driven, high-performance sectors are highly valued.
