Cleaner - Willows Crossing

Position Overview

As a Cleaner for the Willows Crossing apartments in Duncan, BC, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of our residents. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Keep entrances and hallways clean and tidy.
• Perform comprehensive monthly cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting fixtures, bathrooms, and cupboards.
• Attend pre-move-out and annual property inspections to prepare cleaning cost estimates.
• Undertake minor repairs such as painting touch-ups and replacing lighting as needed.
• Assist with general maintenance of the building’s exterior areas.
• Carry out any additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Familiarity with a range of cleaning products and their appropriate usage.
• Basic proficiency with computers.
• Ability to travel between different sites when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation ranges from $19.20 to $24.00 per hour, based on your expertise, education, and experience. Additional benefits include:
