Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Client Program Manager to drive the success of pharmaceutical manufacturer programs on PHIL's platform. This position involves managing everyday client interactions, facilitating program launches, and leveraging data to optimize program results and value. Collaborating across internal departments and with external clients will be key to maximizing program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring seamless client engagement and program success by planning and tracking critical pre-launch milestones while proactively flagging risks.
  • Coordinate program activities and provide ongoing client support by translating client objectives into clear, actionable plans for PHIL's teams.
  • Conduct performance analysis and generate reports and dashboards that illuminate program effectiveness and areas needing attention.
  • Act as a dependable daily client liaison, fostering trust and facilitating conversations regarding program performance, goal alignment, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal groups such as client success, product, and operations, as well as external clients, to resolve challenges effectively while managing stakeholder concerns diplomatically.
  • Maintain data accuracy by cleansing, modeling, and managing program data while identifying opportunities to enhance tools and processes for better efficiency.

Candidate Qualifications
