We are looking for a diligent Computer Operator to accurately enter and update data within company systems, handle record-keeping, and generate reports. This role involves operating essential office equipment and assisting with basic technical monitoring and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data in the company’s software applications.
- Maintain comprehensive records, files, and databases efficiently.
- Create various reports utilizing MS Excel and MS Word tools.
- Operate office hardware such as computers, printers, and scanners effectively.
- Verify data accuracy and perform regular backups to safeguard information.
- Monitor computer systems and report technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with different departments to manage data and documentation flow.
Role Requirements
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Fundamental knowledge of computer troubleshooting techniques.
Compensation and Work Details
The position offers a monthly salary-range between 15000 and 20000 INR.
