Construction Manager (Fit-Out)

Position Overview

We are recruiting a Construction Manager to oversee and execute luxury interior fit-out projects in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in dynamic onsite environments and possess a strong track record in managing commercial, hospitality, residential, or food & beverage fit-out projects from initial mobilisation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage multiple interior fit-out projects on site.
• Supervise Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate all onsite operations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain communication with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders throughout the project duration.
• Ensure project delivery within designated timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce adherence to project specifications.
• Lead and promote health and safety compliance across all project sites.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE fit-out industry.
• Expertise in managing upscale interior fit-out projects.
• Skilled in handling numerous subcontractors and leading onsite teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction practices, quality assurance/control, and health and safety protocols.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and client-relations abilities.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE with preference for candidates with Abu Dhabi-specific experience.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position is AED 17000.
