Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager specializing in civil engineering to direct a range of civil projects located in Germany. This role involves comprehensive leadership from initial planning stages through project completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Primary Duties
- Lead civil engineering projects from planning to execution.
- Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and various stakeholders.
- Ensure project milestones are met within budget and quality standards.
- Engage with clients, local government bodies, and utility providers.
- Handle project documentation, reporting, and compliance control.
- Maintain strict compliance with health and safety standards.
- Oversee coordination across design, procurement, and construction phases.
- Collaborate with quantity surveying teams to enhance commercial outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- Holds a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field at Level 8.
- Minimum five years in a project management role within civil engineering.
- Substantial experience in civil or utilities infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects promptly and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Irish construction and utility regulations.
- Proven capability managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
Compensation & Benefits
- Attractive salary, dependent on experience, between €85,000 and €100,000 annually.
- Flights and accommodation expenses covered.
