Position Overview
This role acts as the primary contact for clients, managing communications via phone and email to handle inquiries and requests efficiently. Responsibilities include managing data entry and retrieval using computer systems to update records, reservations, and respond to guest questions. The coordinator utilizes various office equipment and software such as word processors, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools to prepare documents and correspondence. Accuracy and thoroughness in proofreading and editing all communications are essential.
Key Duties
- Operate office technology including computer systems and point-of-sale devices.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure a professional appearance at all times.
- Safeguard confidential information and company property.
- Greet and assist guests according to the organization's standards, including addressing special needs and expressing appreciation to guests.
- Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and support teamwork to achieve shared objectives.
- Report any workplace incidents or unsafe conditions to management promptly.
- Perform light physical tasks such as moving or carrying items weighing up to 10 pounds as necessary.
- Carry out additional reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors.
