  • High proficiency in MS Excel (advanced skills including pivot tables and cost analysis), AutoCAD (for reviewing drawings and quantity take-offs), with experience in cost-control software considered favorable.
  • Strong analytical acumen and reporting ability, with effective communication skills across technical, financial, and management teams.
  • Fluent English language skills at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.
