Role overview

This position is responsible for collecting and delivering parcels safely, accurately, and on schedule. The role also involves confirming shipment contents, using scanning processes to check order accuracy, keeping items secure, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key duties

• Pick up and drop off packages safely along assigned routes while meeting strict timing requirements.
• Check and scan parcel contents during collection and delivery to make sure orders are correct.
• Deliver courteous customer service and ensure packages are packed and handled securely.
• Immediately report delivery problems, damaged items, or address errors.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed.

Education and experience

A secondary school education, or an equivalent qualification, is required. Candidates should also have at least 1 year of professional driving experience.

Licensing and skills

Applicants must hold one of the following Australian driver licence classifications: minimum C Class (Car) licence or minimum Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence.
